A Wilde Wind is the second book in The Disenchanted Club series and follows Amelia on her journey of healing and forgiveness.

A story of her romance with Jerome, Flora’s brother, it deals with the task of throwing off the burdens of regret, guilt and shame.

When I wrote The Disenchanted Club, I did it with the hope of encouraging young women to believe in the possibility of finding a good, noble man. I believed if they held a vision of God’s plan for romance and love in their lives, they could resist society’s pressure to choose a path destined to leave them with deep regrets and hurts.

I wrote the second book in the series, A Wilde Wind, knowing full well that many of my readers will have already made irrevocable choices—choices they regret but cannot change. I want Amelia’s story to give these women hope.

I want to tell them that with God’s grace they can find healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation.

I want to assure them that the Lord will use both the light and dark threads of their life to create a beautiful tapestry of redemption and love.
